Didya miss me?

Well, I know what part of my problem yesterday was.

I’ve forgotten to take my medication the past two nights.

I should’ve known something was wrong with me when I started talking to myself again. And by that I mean telling myself how awful I am, and what a screw-up I am, and that my life is worthless.

I guess I really do need this stuff.

I don’t know what’s wrong with me today, but I’m so very sad.

Anybody else out there down in the dumps?
