Here’s a little free advice for ya, folks.

If you are consistently late for your appointments, don’t use the same excuse every time.

Especially if your excuse blames the scheduler.

I may have forgotten to put the time on your card once.

But not for every single last appointment you have ever had with us.

Suck it up and admit you were late because you were late and stop trying to push your screw-ups onto somebody else, you lying envelope of excrement.

The settlement on Friday want very smoothly. In fact, I don’t think that it could have gone more perfectly.

So, we have a house now!

Yay!

We are moving in this weekend.

There are some small issues with the house, such as a contractor walling over the toe-heater in the kitchen, and a chipped countertop that was not replaced because of a back-order, but they aren’t huge things, and can be resolved.

I have pictures on my camera but I of course forgot all that, so I will post some later.
